At Flugvakt, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely, promptly and without unnecessary hassle. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping policy, returns process and what happens if something does not go according to plan.

Important Delivery Information

Due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, international shipping and logistics continue to be affected. Several key transport routes have been disrupted for security reasons, which means some parcels may be delayed or rerouted via longer routes than usual.

Our current estimated delivery time is 7 to 11 working days. While most orders arrive within this timeframe, occasional delays may occur.

In addition, rising fuel costs have increased transport costs for our logistics partners. Rather than increasing our product prices, we have chosen a more cost effective and environmentally responsible shipping solution.

We are continually working to minimise delays and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Information

Delivery

The majority of our orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sweden.

• Estimated delivery time to the United Kingdom: 7 to 11 working days
• During temporary stock shortages, orders may be dispatched from one of our international warehouses, which may result in a slightly longer delivery time

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 2 to 4 working days after your order has been confirmed. During promotional periods and public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at kontakt@flugvakt.uk.

Delivery Method

Smaller parcels are usually delivered through your letterbox or directly to your door. If this is not possible, your parcel will be delivered to your nearest collection point, where you can collect it.

Returns

We offer a 365 day money back guarantee. You may return your order within 365 days of receiving it without giving a reason.

Return Conditions

Before returning an item, you must contact us by email so we can authorise your return.

Please note that we cannot accept returns that have not been approved by our customer support team.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused
• The original packaging, accessories and any enclosed documentation must be included
• The return must be requested within 365 days of receiving your order
• The customer is responsible for return postage costs

How to Return an Item

  1. Email kontakt@flugvakt.uk with your order number.

  2. Briefly explain why you would like to return the product.

  3. We will send you clear return instructions.

  4. Return the product by following our instructions, preferably using a tracked postal service.

Once we have received your return, we will begin processing your refund. If your return is approved, you will receive confirmation by email, and your refund will usually appear in your account within a few working days.

Track Your Order

You can track your parcel on the Flugvakt website using your order number and email address.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please check the tracking information first or contact us at kontakt@flugvakt.uk.

We investigate all cases with the courier. Please allow up to 14 working days for the investigation to be completed.

Incorrect Delivery Information

If a parcel is returned to us because an incorrect delivery address was provided, we can resend it once a new shipping charge has been paid, or issue a refund excluding the original shipping cost.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

• Contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@flugvakt.uk
• Include photographs together with a brief description of the problem

If your claim is approved, we will cover the return postage costs and offer either a replacement product or a full refund.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used when placing your order
• Refunds are normally processed within 14 working days
• Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account

Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, a £15 administration fee will be charged to cover shipping and handling costs.
