At Flugvakt, we want you to feel completely confident with every purchase. That is why we offer a 365 day money back guarantee and a 2 year warranty. This page explains how to return an item and how refunds are processed.

365 Day Money Back Guarantee

You have the right to return your order within 365 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused and in a resalable condition
• All accessories and the original packaging, where applicable, must be included
• The return must be sent within 365 days of receiving your order

2 Year Warranty

Every Flugvakt product is covered by a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

If your product develops a fault during the warranty period, please contact us at kontakt@flugvakt.uk with a description of the issue and photographs where possible.

If your warranty claim is approved, we will send you a replacement product free of charge.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us by email at kontakt@flugvakt.uk and include your order number.
  2. Briefly explain why you wish to return the product.
  3. We will provide you with clear return instructions.
  4. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We always recommend using a tracked postal service.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return:

• Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
• Refunds are normally processed within 14 working days after the return has been approved
• Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account

Returns That Cannot Be Refunded

We are unable to offer refunds for:

• Products that have been used, damaged or returned without their original packaging
• Made to order or personalised products, unless they are faulty
• Returns submitted without the required documentation

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

• Contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@flugvakt.uk
• Include photographs together with a brief description of the issue
• If your claim is approved, we will cover the return postage costs and provide either a replacement product or a full refund

Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, an administration fee of £15 will be charged to cover shipping and handling costs.
